Hi there,
Thank you for your comment. It made my day! Connecting with like-minded souls is fabulous. I studied the Course in Miracles during my first year of Sobriety in 1988. The 365 Lessons are truly enlightening. I like weaving the 12steps with philosophy,psychology and spirituality.
It works if you work it.

Thank goodness I don’t have to be right or wrong today, and I don’t have to use that terminology either,
today, either works for me or doesn’t, Just like God in the big book, either He is or He isn’t (all or nothing) something like that, I have not been ever a good recovery person

I found your blog while doing a search for “12-steps and course in miracles”.
I am an adult child of 2 alcoholics, 57 years old, have been in conscious recovery for 30 years but just getting into 12-step approach, have been reading ACIM on and off for about 10 years. Can’t seen to decide if it’s my path or not. Love Jesus but can’t stand the church most of the time.
Who are you? Do you know where I can get more information about using 12-steps and ACIM together? ACIM’s insistence that nothing is real seems to negate our painful experiences as children, but it also feels true. Not very good at saying it….I guess.

lesson 118

We are inside box of space and time, but we know there must be something outside of that box” 24 hours a day , April 27th

we are released from this world to the truth which is God’s perfect plan for us… peace and joy…
it is so real today… especially when i wash the dishes

seek and you shall find

truth is there’s only one of us

truth is there is enough for everyone

one life
we get to carry each other
one light
we get to share it!
